Brake Pad Check the front and rear wheel brake pads whether have been used to it’s limits. If “brake pad” is smaller than 1.5mm, change the pad. Caution: Do not use brake oil with interior quality Keep brake oil from contact to paint surface to avoid fading and chapping. Advice: Check the free play of lever after adjustment. Hold the brake lever to ensure proper function in the specified brake limit.Shock absorber springs is adjustable according to load conditions 2. It is easier to drain the oil when the engine is warm. No use ningun fusible, excepto para las indicaciones deseadas. No conecte directamente o sustituya por otra sustancia conductora, de lo contrario, puede causar dano a otro componente o incluso accidente de fuego. La ubicacion del fusible deber ser lo mas proximo posible a la bateria. Especificacion del fusible: 15A. La fusion es generalmente causada por culpa del circuito dentro de la motocicleta. Compruebe el estado de la motocicleta antes de reemplazar el fusible. Si la fusion ocurre de nuevo, despues de sustituirlo, por favor envie el vehiculo de inmediato al centro de servicio de mantenimiento. Conducir solo es permitido despues de la resolucion de problemas. Por favor, distinguir el electrodo positivo y negativo de la bateria cuando esta se instala por primera vez o cuando se la sustituya. Esta funcion no esta disponible para el interruptor de encendido en el caso de la fig. 2. 1 Posicion “LOCK”: gire la llave a la posicion “LOCK” y se bloquea el dispositivo de direccion. Esta funcion no esta disponible para el interruptor de bloqueo en el caso de la fig.1. El interruptor de bloqueo de la fig. 2 tiene caracteristicas electromagneticas de funcion antirrobo. Gire el interruptor debajo de la cerradura “OPEN “ e inserte la llave en la cerradura arriba, gire el interruptor en posicion “OFF”, el ojo de la cerradura esta cerrada. A menos que usted le de vuelta a la posicion “OPEN”, el ojo de la cerradura quedara abierto de nuevo. 2 13 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES bloqueo de Direccion El seguro de direccion se encuentra en la parte inferior derecha de la barra de direccion. Gire a la izquierda para insertar la llave de encendido en la direccion de bloqueo y gire hacia la derecha para bloquear la direccion. El bloqueo de la direccion no esta en esta posicion en el caso de la fig. 2. Se combina con el interruptor de bloqueo. 14 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES manillaR IZQUIERDO 1. Embrague. Sujete la palanca del embrague para cortar la energia de conduccion cuando se arranca el motor o se cambia de marcha. 2. Interruptor de iluminacion. Gire el interruptor en posicion “ ”: la luz alta y el indicador se encenderan. 3. Indicador de giro. Posicione el interruptor en “ ”: la luz de senal de giro a la izquierda se encendera. Posicione el interruptor en “ ”: la luz de senal de giro a la derecha se encendera y tambien el indicador. Al cambiar de ruta o de giro, encienda el indicador de giro. Luego de realizar la maniobra, debe apagar la lampara de la senal de giro. 4. Boton de la bocina. Pulse el boton de la bocina. (1) (5) (2) (4) (6) (3) 5. Luz de sobrepaso. Presione el boton para encender la luz alta. El haz de luz parpadeara continuamente para advertir a los vehiculos de frente. 6. Cebador. Acciona el cebador del carburador. 15 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES manillaR derechO 1. Freno delantero. Utilice la palanca de freno poco a poco para el freno delantero. La luz de freno se enciende automaticamente cuando acciona el freno delantero. 2. Acelerador. Se utiliza para controlar la velocidad del motor. Gire el manillar hacia usted si quiere acelerar o en la direccion opuesta para desacelerar. 3. Boton de arranque electrico. Sujete la palanca del embrague y pulse el boton para arrancar el motor. 4. Interruptor de luz. Gire el interruptor a la posicion de “ ”, la luz de la lampara delantera, luz trasera y la luz de posicion se encenderan. Gire a la posicion de “ ” para encender la luz alta, la luz trasera y la luz de posicion. Cuando se presiona el interruptor en la posicion de “ ” (ON), todo el circuito esta conectado y el motor puede 16 (4) (5) (3) (2) (1) ponerse en marcha. Cuando se presiona el interruptor en la posicion de “ ” (OFF), todo el circuito se desconecta y el motor no puede ponerse en marcha. El interruptor de parada solo se utiliza para detener el motor durante la parada temporal. Gire el interruptor principal a la posicion de “ ” cuando la motocicleta no se utiliza para prevenir la descarga profunda de la bateria. COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES TANQUE DE COMBUSTIBLE El volumen total del tanque de combustible (incluida la reserva) es de 17 litros. Inserte la llave del tanque de combustible y gire hacia la derecha para abrir la tapa del tanque de combustible. Apunte a la ranura en la tapa, presionela ligeramente hacia abajo y saque la llave para cerrar el tanque de combustible. No llene demasiado el tanque de combustible. Puede ser peligroso si el combustible es rociado sobre el motor caliente. Apague el motor y gire la llave de encendido en “ ” (OFF) durante la carga el combustible. Cierre la tapa del tanque de combustible despues de la adicion de combustible para evitar su evaporacion, que se traduce en perdida de energia y contaminacion del medio ambiente. Fumar o el fuego esta estrictamente prohibido durante la carga de combustible. En caso de desbordamiento de combustible, por favor, enviarla a un taller autorizado tan pronto como sea posible. 17 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES Interruptor del tanque de combustible Se encuentra en la parte inferior izquierda del deposito de combustible. Apague el interruptor cuando la motocicleta no esta funcionando. Por favor agregue combustible cuando el interruptor de combustible se encuentra en la posicion “ ”. Gire el interruptor a la posicion “ ” despues de anadir combustible. 18 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES PALANCA DE CAMBIOS Esta motocicleta se ha disenado con caja de cambios de malla de 5 velocidades. Funciona como se muestra en la figura. La palanca de cambio vuelve automaticamente a su posicion original despues de un cambio de engranajes. Coloque la palanca de cambios en la posicion neutral y se reducira a cambios de baja velocidad. Un tiron hacia arriba para cambiar la velocidad a superior. La posicion neutral se encuentra entre la 1? y 2? marcha. Cada golpe en la palanca de cambios permite engranar la marcha alta. Debido al mecanismo de engranaje del trinquete, no puede ser cambiada mas de una marcha por vez. 2 Cuando la caja de cambios esta en punto muerto, el indicador esta encendido. Por favor, suelte el embrague lentamente para asegurarse de que la caja de cambios este en punto muerto. Reduzca la velocidad de la motocicleta antes de cambiar la marcha a baja velocidad. Antes de que el embrague este activado, aumente la velocidad de marcha del motor para evitar la abrasion innecesaria de piezas de conduccion y de la rueda trasera. Pedal de freno trasero Presione el pedal del freno trasero para frenar la rueda trasera. La luz del freno se enciende mientras el freno trasero esta en uso.
